4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to:

  • Receive delivery notifications
  • View delivery attempts and pickup locations if applicable

5. International Shipping Guidelines

We ship to most countries worldwide, but there are important considerations for international orders:

Package Labeling

All international shipments are labeled as "Herbal Tea" or "Botanical Samples" with a declared value under $50 to minimize customs attention. We never label packages with "Iboga" or similar terms.

Shipping Documentation

We provide all necessary customs documentation. The commercial invoice will describe the contents as "Herbal Supplement" or "Traditional Medicine."

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

When ordering from IbogaForSale, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs Duties

Some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

What to Expect

  • You may receive a notification from your local customs office
  • Additional fees may need to be paid before delivery
  • Customs processing can add 3-10 business days to delivery time
  • In rare cases, customs may inspect packages

7. Lost, Stolen, or Seized Packages

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but sometimes issues occur beyond our control.

Package Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Package Seized by Customs

If your package is seized by customs, we require official documentation from customs authorities. Once verified, we offer the following options:

  • Reshipment: We can reship to an alternative address (different country recommended)
  • Store Credit: Receive 100% store credit for future purchases
  • Partial Refund: 50% refund of the product cost (shipping not refundable)

Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Check for delivery attempt notices
  4. File a police report if theft is suspected

We may require a police report for stolen package claims.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for opened or used items. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery
  • Incorrect item received (must be reported within 7 days)
  • Damaged during shipping (must be reported within 3 days with photos)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service for return authorization
  2. Receive return instructions and address
  3. Ship the item back with tracking (customer pays return shipping)
  4. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement once the return is received.
